Here at Heirloom Creations and we strive to keep you sewing no matter what your machine throws at you! We have 4 full-time sewing machine repair techs to right the wrongs in the sewing world (well at least in the Sioux Falls area). Ryan, Jill C, Brandon, and Adam are all here to get your sewing machine repairs and back working as quickly as possible! Whether you need your machine cleaned, oiled, and adjusted or there has been a serious malfunction … we are here to help 6 days a week. Our goal is to have your machine back in your sewing room and stitching together projects as quickly as possible.

No matter what brand of sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, industrial machines, blind hemmers, and long arm quilting machines that need help, we are here to help. All of our service work is performed on-site. No worries about your machine leaving the cozy confines of Heirloom Creations. Repair Warranty

  • Shop Labor is warrantied for 90 days from the date that service was performed
  • Parts are warrantied according to the individual part manufacturers

If we can not fix the machine the is NO CHARGE. Guaranteed! We stand behind all of the work that we perform. Our policy is to call you and discuss repair options if parts are needed that will cost more than $10.00.

How Often Should My Machine Be Serviced?

It is recommended to have all sewing machines serviced once a year whether they are being used heavily or just sitting. There is nothing worst than being frustrated the next time you sit down to sew something. Take a proactive approach in keeping your sewing machine service to keep it smoothly running for years to come. What Do I Need to Bring With My Sewing Machine?

To ensure that we can get your machine back on its feet as soon as possible please bring the following items with your sewing machine when it comes in for service:

  • Foot Controller
  • Power Cord
  • Zig-Zag Presser Foot
  • Bobbin
  • Bobbin Case
