On the 2nd Tuesday of each month, as part of the Sewtopia Sewing Club lectures, Heirloom Creations will provide AccuQuilt fabric cutters and the AccuQuilt fabric dies to cut your own monthly block.
Start by clicking here and printing the AccuQuilt “GO! Qube Epic Mix & Match Sampler Quilt Pattern” . Select fabrics. Bring the fabrics needed for each month’s block to one of the THREE Sewtopia Sewing Club lectures at 10am, 2pm or 6:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Along with the monthly Sewtopia Sewing Club topic, Sara will demonstrate how the AccuQuilt fabric dies work together and which pieces to cut for the monthly block.
These perfectly cut pieces will give you a chance to experience what it is like to sew perfectly matched edges and triangles. Each quilt block will finish the perfect size and lay amazingly flat!

All blocks will be cut by the October 2018 Sewtopia Sewing Club with a quilt reveal party at the November 2018 Sewtopia Sewing Club.

We will be officially debuting the AccuQuilt Block of the Month at the January 2018 Sewtopia Sewing Club lectures as well as give fabric color recommendations. Starting at the February 2018 Sewtopia Sewing Club lectures, Sewtopia Sewing Club members will pre-cut the first block in the pattern. Each month throughout the year, the AccuQuilt dies will be available to use prior and after the Sewtopia Club lectures.
Once you start, bring in your finished block to the next Sewtopia Sewing Club to be entered monthly into a special drawing for year-end prizes.

The cutting part of the quilting process is laborious and time consuming. You work hard to get the perfect cut – carefully measuring each piece, and enduring hand, arm and back strain as you cut multiple shapes.
Your rotary cutter requires you to pay close attention to the blade and ruler while cutting. Any slips of either can cause inaccurate cuts and wasted fabric.

This is not your Grandmother’s Sewing Club!
This monthly production encompasses sewing techniques, embroidery inspiration and serger embellishments. Sewtopia is a place for people who love to sew, quilt, serge and embroider! Come enjoy exciting new sewing techniques in a lecture/demo format. All Sewtopia Club members receive 10% discount on all thread, sewing machine accessories, AccuQuilt products, and embroidery designs. Bring something for show and tell. Sewtopia is open to all quilters, sewers and embroiderers owning any brand of sewing machine. No RSVP needed.

Annual Membership: $25 or FREE with purchase of a new BERNINA, HUSQVARNA VIKING or PFAFF sewing machine, embroidery machine or serger from Heirloom Creations.
Guest Fee: $10 for a guest or one time attendance. Guest fee may be applied to an annual membership on the day of the club
