We recently completed a few new quilts using the AccuQuilt GO! Pineapple die. What a joy! Every piece is cut exactly to the size needed with all the dog ears cut off for perfect alignment and accurate piecing.
This classic block is a bucket list must-do. Whether you tackle the traditional two-color style or use this block as a way to use up scraps, the AccuQuilt GO! Pineapple die is the ONLY way to cut this block fast and accurate.
The Pineapple AccuQuilt GO! Die is a special “Block On Board” die or B.O.B. Anytime you see the special BOB logo on a die it means that that one die will cut the entire block.
In this case, all the pieces are labeled on the die and the instructions tell how many of each fabric to place of each over which cutting area. With just ONE pass through the AccuQuilt GO! Fabric cutter the ENTIRE block is cut at once!
The Pineapple GO! Die is designed to layer alternating colors on the die board at the same time so all the pieces are cut at once. The directions guide the user to place 1 piece over the A area, 2 pieces over area H, 4 pieces over the next area and so forth.
