A Note From Sara:
When I first saw the concept of this embroidery curriculum, I was so excited! After teaching Embroidery Machine Mastery classes for over 20 years, this Embroidery Essentials Online Course really sums up what I hope each student will take the time to learn. Nothing is better than experiencing these techniques hands-on. These techniques show up in so many design collections by many different embroidery designers. Once you have tried each technique, the options are endless. Pick up any design collection and you will have a basic understanding of the embroidery techniques being featured and know what you are in for before you start!

Embroidery Essentials Techniques include:

  • Free motion quilting
  • Trapunto
  • Folded fabric embroidery techniques
  • Confetti designs
  • Landscape designs
  • Free standing embroidery
  • Inserting a zipper
  • Cutwork
  • Lace embroidery designs
  • Shadow work
    …and more!

Open for all embroidery hoop sizes! Designs being used in the Embroidery Essentials class will even fit a 4” x 4” hoop!

Hi. I am planning on purchasing an embro iui derby machine in June. I want to learn a little about the machine before committing to a $300 online course. I see that you are offering a $100 discount through May. I am very interested in your class, are you willing to extend your offer into June? I would very much appreciate that. Thank you.

I already know how to sew been doing it for 40 plus years…. hope you can help me also by choosing the best machine for this project..
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

    1. Sara says:

      Hi Linda,

The Embroidery Essentials online course is designed for owners of embroidery machines. If you are only using a sewing machine, this course is not for you. An embroidery machine would be the perfect addition to embroidering on clothing and all types of fabrics. You should check them out at your local sewing machine store.

  5. Renae White says:

    Hello Sara,
I just purchased your Embroidery Essentials for my new Epic 2 but I am also interested in the other quilt that is on your right side with different techniques? Do you still off this and what is the name of it please?
    Thanks
    Renae White

    1. Sara says:

      Hi Renae,

Thank you for enrolling. If you are referring to the quilt in this video, it is a quilt using the Clamshell die from AccuQuilt.
      https://youtu.be/nkM8F006oV8

I think the pattern was on the back of the Clamshell die.
